Most of the homes we stage go under contract within four to six weeks and sell for 98% of list price or more on average. If your home does not sell within the first 30 days of it being on the market, most real estate professionals will suggest a significant price reduction sometimes in the neighborhood of 5% or more to create new showings and interest in the property. Even a minimal investment in staging makes more financial sense than a large price reduction, losing you and/or your Realtor considerable profits.
  • Are you aware that if your home does not go under contract to sell within the first 21 days it is on the market, it will most likely be on the market for at least 63 more days, costing you thousands of dollars more in monthly expenses including an enormous increase in the cost of insurance once it is vacant for more than 60 days.
