Atlanta, Georgia - Homes Designed To Sell® an innovator of home staging and interior redesign services launched its Home Staging Profit Model ™, a first in the home staging industry. “Our Realtor clients worked closely with us to create a financial model that allows the home owner, investor, or builder to calculate their anticipated return on investment for their staging budget. Our Home Staging Profit Model ™ shows two scenarios including one with the financial benefits of home staging and the other reflecting the financial losses by not staging, which is especially high for vacant homes which usually take longer to sell (and sell for less money) than occupied homes.
