Atlanta Home Staging Company Featured in Buckhead Living Lifestyle Magazine
Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell is featured in the Summer issue of Buckhead, Alpharetta Milton & Roswell, and Johns Creek Living Lifestyle Magazine. "We were so excited to be chosen to provide an article on the financial benefits of home staging along with free tips and advice that all home owners can use to position their home to sell faster and for more money. With housing prices down in metro Atlanta, sellers are in need of staging their home to sell now more than ever. By educating REALTORS and home sellers that hiring the services of an experienced certified home stager is an investment in their property , it is always a less expensive way to get the home sold than the first price reduction. Paint is worth $20 in the can and thousands more to the seller once it's up on the walls. We teach a home staging class that provides REALTORS with three hours of continuning education credits and the public is also welcome. By being featured in Buckhead Living Lifestyle Magazine, we are able to reach a wider market and help them with their home staging needs" stated Richard Duda, CEO, Founder and President of Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell. Mr. Duda is also a practicing REALTOR working with investors purchasing short sales, REO, and bank owned foreclosure property to rehab and resale. Home Stager With Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell Featured in Home Improvement Magazine

Home Improvement Magazine chose to feature Rick Duda, founder and CEO of Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell in the June 2009 issue of the publication. Several experienced Atlanta home stagers along with a landscape artist and lifestyle expert provided responses to frequently asked questions regarding when to consult a home stager and what qualifications sellers should seek; the typical cost for staging and redesign services; and interior and exterior staging techniques any home owner can do. "We were one of the very first to have a home staging business in 2001and we are thrilled that Home Improvement Magazine is educating home owners and consumers about the value professional home stagers provide. Due to the current housing market, sellers are questioning every penny with the sale of their home and because many home owners are losing money, they sometimes forget that they stand to lose less money and possibly get multiple top dollar offers if the home is professionally staged, in great condition, is priced right for the market, and they hire an experienced REALTOR with an aggressive internet marketing plan" stated Rick Duda.

Home Staging Class For REALTORS Provides Continuing Education Credits
Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell announced today that its course 'Fast, Top Dollar Home Sales With Staging' has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as well as the Georgia Association of REALTORS. "Our home staging class is designed specifically for REALTORS and teaches them some of the following including how to calculate the actual financial benefits for each home owner by staging a home prior to it being listed for sale, additional REALTOR commission dollars made by staging, how to address delicate issues with home owners, what specific paint colors are best for resale homes and when to use them, eco and GREEN design trends, as well as educational and fun interactive before and after photo exercises with furniture placement and arrangement. Feedback from attendees over the past years we were developing the course kept telling us the students wanted more and more information and they also wanted continuing education credits. With me being a REALTOR and working in the trenches with other agents in the current real estate market, my actual day to day experience in the field is valued by other REALTORS attending the course. In addition, I have been certified as an instructor through the Georgia Association of REALTORS to teach classes through their organization. Atlanta Home Staging Pros is currently booking dates to teach the class throughout 2009 for metro Atlanta and Georgia real estate brokers" stated Rick Duda, CEO and founder of Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell.

Profit Sharing Plan For Home Staging Professionals
While some in the home staging industry may be getting out of it, Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell is expanding and seeking a few exceptional staging entrepreneurs to join it in Atlanta, GA and throughout the state of Georgia. "Our Associates benefit from participating in our profit sharing program. Associates are fully vested after 3 years of continuous affiliation. Pretty neat stuff right? Our program is simple. In order to recruit the best and brightest talent in the staging industry, we pay our Associates 1% of income generated by any new Associate(s) that he or she recruits. For example, let's say Gail (our Operations Manager) recruited Phyllis (a new Associate) who generated $297.50 in billable income on a staging job. Gail received a check at the end of the month in the amount of $2.98 for that consultation. Imagine how fast it adds up with several recruited Associates setting up vacant homes at $1,000 or more per project! It's our way of rewarding our team members for helping us find great talent. This is an excellent way to earn passive income while building your staging business, helping your friends who might be struggling with their one person staging business, or help someone wanting to get into staging. The 1% profit share currently applies to our Charter Member Associates in each market with a limited number of spaces available" stated Rick Duda, founder and CEO of the company.

More Cash In Seller's Pockets With Home Staging Profit Model
Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell released its latest version of its Home Staging Profit Model. The company has received numerous accolades from the Realtor community since it launched the model earlier this year. "Often times the seller who may be an investor, builder, or home owner does not always fully understand the financial consequences to their wallet by not staging. Many sellers mistakenly perceive staging as an expense when it is really a positive return on investment tool for them. Our Staging Profit Model allows the home owner or Realtor to calculate a seller's actual staging return on investment by using six variables unique to the seller's property. In the end, the results speak for themselves and by having the seller actively participate in the budgeting process, they get on board with the staging process faster; which in turn helps the home sell quickly and for more money. We staged a home in Towne Lake, Woodstock, GA and it had been on the market for over six months vacant and listed with two different Realtors. It went under contract in six weeks as a result of the staging, aggressive marketing by the new agent team, and being properly priced. This happens all the time and the nominal investment in home staging done by certified stagers pays for itself several times over leading sellers to always ask themselves why they didn't redesign or stage their home at the outset which would have saved them countless sleepless nights and a lot of stress and headaches" stated Rick Duda, founder and CEO of Atlanta Home Staging Pros - Homes Designed To Sell.

Atlanta Real Estate Home Staging Performance Guaranty Offered
In an effort to build continued confidence in the value of home staging solutions for those with a home to sell in the current real estate market, Homes Designed To Sell has implemented another first in the home staging business; their Performance Guaranty. The staging Performance Guaranty works like this: a percentage of the staging service fee is discounted and earned by Homes Designed To Sell only when the home sells within a specific number of days which vary depending on the price and location of the home. "One of the services we provide to our clients dramatically differentiating us from competitors in the staging industry is that we work in partnership with the home owner and/or their Realtor to agressively market the staged home for sale, thereby dramatically increasing the showings which often lead to multiple offers within a matter of days that the home goes on the market. Not only is our reputation at stake to deliver consistent sales success stories but we have a financial investment with the client to guarantee their home sells quickly and for top dollar and clients see this as a win-win" stated Rick Duda, President and CEO.

Homes Designed To Sell is staging a home for Mark Ross with Modern Tech Home Builders to be featured during the 35th Annual Grant Park Tour of Homes, September 27 and 28 2008. The new construction, craftsman style turn of the century home is located at 393 Kendrick Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30315. The home is built under the historic district regulations adopted for the neighborhood in 2001 ensuring that new construction, and renovations to existing homes, fit within the character of the 125-year-old neighborhood. The five-bedroom, four-bath home is built with extensive crown molding, a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, a screened porch off the kitchen and a bedroom on the first floor. Four bedrooms and a workstation are located on the second floor, and the house is wired for high-speed Internet access, whole-house stereo and an intercom system. A bonus room on the third floor is half finished, plumbed for a wet bar and wired for surround sound.
This is one of many homes we have staged in Grant Park that sold quickly over the years but our first project with Modern Tech Home Builders. We are excited about working with local artists who are friends of Mr. Ross who are providing original paintings to be featured in the home since this year’s theme is Art In Grant Park, stated Rick Duda, President and CEO. Discount On Staging Services For Active US Military Personnel
Homes Designed To Sell, a leader in home staging and redesign solutions announced it is offering a 10% discount on its services to active military personnel serving in the United States Air Force, Marines, Army, Navy and Coast Guard. We want to show our appreciation to the brave men and women serving in the armed forces of our country. Having been a DOD (Department Of Defense) dependent myself, I understand the financial challenges military families experience and believe it our obligation to help however we can. Since most showings take place within the first fourteen days the home is on the market, the seller has one shot to get the house priced right and visually merchandised before it enters the real estate market. According to the National Association of Realtors, 87% of potential home buyers began their home search on the Internet in 2007 and buyers look at a lot of pictures. Buyers want to see photos of homes that excite them, that appeal to people just like them with their tastes and style. These photos attract potential buyers to preview the home leading to an offer or multiple offers at top dollar and more quickly than homes that are not staged stated Rick Duda, CEO and President of Homes Designed To Sell.
With the Home Staging Profit Model the owner puts in key figures applicable to their unique financial situation. There are two profit models, one for resale homes where a few hours of staging labor is involved, and a model for staging a vacant home. On an occupied $300,000 resale home in Atlanta that benefits from a half day of staging, the additional income made to the home owner can be as much as between $17,000 and $29,500. Not every real estate professional is comfortable with potentially offending the home owner with staging suggestions, and with for sale by owner properties it gets even worse. So many sellers do not really know how badly their home shows until it has already been on the market for three or four months, the price has been reduced, and they are hiring their next real estate agent. Our goal is to make their home stand out better than any of the comparable homes on the market to give them that best first impression which is critical in the first fourteen days the home is fresh on the market stated Mr. Duda.
