We pay our Associates to complete assignments generated by the company at one rate, we pay Associates a higher rate for business they generate and when they reach a certain level, they make even more money. How cool is that? You can make more money and have more fun associating with us instead of doing it alone and from scratch!
We are seeking entrepreneurs who want to own their own business and become associated with our company in Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida and Georgia who are not actively licensed Realtors. Our intensive hands on certification training program which consists of six consultations, marketing support and sales training that provides our Associates with the confidence level needed to become successful home stagers and business owners. We are also the first in the staging industry to offer Profit Sharing to our team members. If you have recently been accredited as a staging professional or obtained a home stager certification and want to join our team, we would like to speak with you. All Associates are 1099 independent contractors.
We offer more services to our Associates to make money than traditional home staging alone as it is taught with other companies. Many people who start a home staging business are not aware of how much it costs to build a successful business including marketing, advertising, merchant services to accept credit cards, website development, legal costs, contact management systems, accounting, branding, etc. In addition, many are not prepared for the steep and costly learning curve they'll encounter and do not realize how many years it will take to build up a loyal clientele for repeat business. New stagers often become frustrated, un-motivated and feel all alone. Many successful Realtors already have a home staging professional and this industry is becoming more competitive all the time. We provide unheard of sales training, marketing support and coaching to our Associates to ensure their success. Because of our unique compensation plan, we are more profitable when our Associates are profitable. For our Associates, we prequalify leads, bill the clients, handle payroll, send out press releases, and provide them with a complete marketing plan including referrals for legal, book keeping, marketing, accounting, networking, and advertising just to name a few points. We have team meetings every two weeks to support our Associates and discuss enhancements operations, finaicial statements, marketing plans, new product development, cheers for peers, and strive for constant process improvement for all.
Our program is a business ownership opportunity which requires a commitment of time and money on an Associate's part in order to build a successful business. We make no earnings claims because the economic success of any business owner is based on their efforts to build a succesful business. We train our Associates using our established hands on six assignment certification program and we offer paid training currently in metro Atlanta, when applicants generate the client and the consultation for the training assignment; something else that sets us apart from all other staging training programs.
