With our Internet Staging Consultation SM, our certified staging professionals provide cost effective solutions to clients by working with them over the phone and via the internet after receiving a completed package of information about their home including photographs of each room. Our Internet Staging Consultation SM is not designed to replace the value received in a traditional staging consultation as many of our clients still desire more personal service with an on-site visit to their home and who want us to perform the staging work for them before it goes on the market.
Many home owners are seeking direction and recommendations on what to do and assistance, working with what they already own if the home is occupied. Most clients want help creating a budget to rent and/or purchase furnishings and accessories if the home is vacant. Our consultations can include the interior and exterior including recommendations on paint color, lawn and garden, lighting, landscaping and a host of other services not typically offered by most home stagers. We are usually able to complete a consultation fast, within 24-48 hours of receipt of a completed package by a client.
